The following commentary demonstrates the role a father plays in the life of his child. Mr. Donaldson may not even be aware of just how insightful his article truly is. CFOC provides media support to MDHR (MD Dept. of Human Resources) for its unique grant from the Federal HHS designed to connect fathers with their young kids. This practical approach offers fathers a hands-on opportunity to learn skills and embrace their responsibilities, through seminars taught for parenting duties and job placement techniques in multi-hour sessions by MDHR and Private Specialists.
